Shades of Cinnamon is going Naked this Christmas

 There will be no cover ups, fancy toppings or complicated recipes for our Christmas baking this year.  It’s going to be “Ah Natural” with quick, simple and delicious Christmas bakes and tantalising treats, stripped to their basics, making this your easiest Christmas ever.   

Here in the Southern Hemisphere, Christmas is all about keeping cool and making the most of our beautiful long and endless Summer days.  There is no time for spending hours in the kitchen slaving over hot ovens when the sea and the sun are calling.

And for those of you who will be spending your holidays in your winter woolies, these quick recipes will give you extra time for lazy days in front of the fire.

      Georgina the picture was from Bazarutu Island off Mozambique on the East coast of Africa. Such a beautiful place, and somewhere that I have spent a lot of time. Unfortunately we haven’t been there for a long time. (Top picture was a creative commons)
