  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sunflower/pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruit (buy already chopped or candied fruit)
  1. If you are using raw nuts, toast them in a pan on the stove and add some salt.

  2. Toast the sunflower and pumpkin seeds in the same way in a pan.
  3. Mix all together with the dried fruit and store in an airtight container or put into small sealable bags to keep in your car and handbag.
