almonds

cashews

walnuts
1/2
cup
sunflower/pumpkin seeds
1/2
cup
cranberries
1
cup
mixed dried fruit
(buy already chopped or candied fruit)
Instructions
If you are using raw nuts, toast them in a pan on the stove and add some salt.
Toast the sunflower and pumpkin seeds in the same way in a pan.
Mix all together with the dried fruit and store in an airtight container or put into small sealable bags to keep in your car and handbag.
