- 4 Tblsp good quality Olive Oil
- 4 Tblsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tblsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tblsp agave syrup (or honey if preferred)
- 1 Tblsp Dijon Mustard
- Cracked black pepper
- Salt to taste
