Dark chocolate cake with fresh flowers
Chocolate buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
  • 250 g butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar (icing sugar)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Sift icing sugar and cocoa to remove any lumps.

  2. Soften the butter in a mixer, and add the icing sugar and cocoa mix.  Add the vanilla extract.

  3. If the mixture is too stiff, add a teaspoon or two of milk to soften.
