Healthy no bake Chocolate Bliss Balls

Ingredients
  • 100 g pitted dates
  • ¾ cup macadamia butter ( or almond butter / cashew nut butter or hazelnut butter)
  • 2 level tablespoons cacao (or cocoa) powder
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence or a dash of vanilla paste
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dessicated coconut
Instructions
  1. In a food processor blend dates, nut butter of your choice, caco powder, cinnamon and vanilla until the mixture forms a ball.
  2. Remove from the processor and roll into bite size balls .
  3. Roll in dessicated coconut and place on a baking sheet or plate and pop into the fridge until firm.
  4. They are best stored in a cool place or in the fridge.
