Parma Ham, Pecorino and Peach Wrap

- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 125g cottage or cream cheese
- 4 wheat flour tortilla wraps
- 125g Parma ham
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- Rocket leaves
- Shavings of Pecorino or hard Italian cheese
- Fresh Basil leaves
- Balsamic vinegar and Olive oil to drizzle
- freshly ground black pepper
- Mix together the basil pesto and cream cheese. Cut the tortillas in
- half and spread the pesto mix over the tortilla wraps.
- Tear the Parma ham into smaller pieces. Divide the peach slices, rocket
- and Parma ham between the wraps and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Roll each one into a cone shape and secure with a cocktail stick if
- necessary.
- Arrange on serving plates and sprinkly with shavings of Pecorino cheese
- and basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and serve
- immediately.
