Healthy Breakfast Oats with walnuts and Banana

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 cups water
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 banana
- salt
- 6-8 walnuts
- honey
- almond milk / coconut milk
- Add salt to 1 cup oats and 3 cups water.
- Allow to cook for 3 minutes then add sliced banana and a dash of cinnamon.
- Once fully cooked serve with chopped walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
- Add your choice of milk.
