Healthy no bake Chocolate Bliss Balls

- 100 g pitted dates
- ¾ cup macadamia butter ( or almond butter / cashew nut butter or hazelnut butter)
- 2 level tablespoons cacao (or cocoa) powder
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence or a dash of vanilla paste
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Dessicated coconut
- In a food processor blend dates, nut butter of your choice, caco powder, cinnamon and vanilla until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from the processor and roll into bite size balls .
- Roll in dessicated coconut and place on a baking sheet or plate and pop into the fridge until firm.
- They are best stored in a cool place or in the fridge.
