Lee's Apple Crumble

- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 5ml baking powder
- 1 egg
- ½ cup butter
- cinnamon
- 2 tins apples
- Preheat oven to 180ÂșC.
- Grease the bottom of a pie dish with a little butter.
- Spread the apples out into the pie dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Mix together the flour , castor sugar and baking power.
- Make a well in the middle and crack the egg into the mixture and mix until crumbs form.
- Cut the butter into small cubes and crumble into the flour mix, using your hands.
- Sprinkle over the top of the apples and bake for 30minutes.
- Serve with custard or ice cream.
