Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 cups water
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • salt
  • 6-8 walnuts
  • honey
  • almond milk / coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Add salt to 1 cup oats and 3 cups water.
  2. Allow to cook for 3 minutes then add sliced banana and a dash of cinnamon.
  3. Once fully cooked serve with chopped walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
  4. Add your choice of milk.
