Celebrate Summer with Col’Cacchio Pizzeria

Col’Cacchio pizzeria is making the most of everything there is to love about summer with their latest seasonal menu.  Think simple, fresh and healthy, bursting with colour and flavour. 

Col’Cacchio pizzeria have added new banting dishes to their summer menu and now have a full banting offering.  The three new banting ‘pasta’ dishes incorporate zucchetti as a replacement to pasta.

Verde Rosso

Pastas include the Piccante made with zucchetti, pomodoro, chorizo, peppadew piquante peppers, mascarpone, chilli flakes, the Verde rosso, a combination of zucchetti with chicken parmigiana and the Zucchetti pesto, made with zucchetti, basil pesto, Italian parmesan and toasted pumpkin seeds.

If a dessert is what you are looking for, try out one of their new delicious banting desserts; Coco berry panna cotta made with coconut panna cotta with blueberry compote or the banting cheesecake on a macadamia cacao base.

If banting is not for you, Col’Cacchio pizzeria have introduced two new dishes, the Polpetta made with meatballs, fresh rocket, chilli, grilled baby marrow, sesame seeds and Italian parmesan and the Orientale a combination of chicken, chopped lettuce, julienned carrots, cranberries, coriander, red onion, almond flakes, edamame beans, sesame seeds and oriental dressing.

Finish off your meal indulgently with the Fire & ice, a selection of frozen berries with hot white chocolate sauce.
